The PERGOLUX Pergola 4 Pro is a motorized aluminum pergola designed for homeowners who want adjustable shade and built-in lighting. Its roof louvers open to let in sunlight and close for rain protection. You can operate the roof with a remote or app, and compatible smart home controls are also available.
What stands out
The integrated LED lights make this more than a daytime shade structure. The frame also has channels for compatible accessories, so you can consider adding screens, walls, or a heater as your outdoor space evolves. PERGOLUX offers several sizes, four finishes, and both freestanding and wall mounted configurations.
What to consider before buying
Measure the full installation area, including clearance when the louvers are open. Check the exact dimensions and engineering specifications for the size you choose; they vary by configuration. You’ll need a suitable outdoor electrical outlet and a secure mounting surface. PERGOLUX says the anchoring bolts are not included, so confirm the hardware needed for your patio, deck, or pavers before ordering.
This is a substantial structure to assemble. PERGOLUX estimates three to seven hours with two people and offers professional installation as an option. Review the total cost after selecting your size and any accessories, rather than relying on the starting price.
Who might like it?
The Pergola 4 Pro may suit someone who wants convenient control of shade, integrated evening lighting, and room to add compatible accessories later. If you prefer a simpler structure without electrical work, a manual pergola may be a better fit.
